What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions that power our core products
• Work closely with clinical users and the product team to understand how models behave in real-world settings—and iterate.
• Help shape our AI/ML infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment strategies from the ground up
• Build for scale: transition our systems from serving a small number of early users to supporting a growing, diverse client base
• Evaluate and fine-tune third-party models, and when necessary, build proprietary models that align with business needs
• Stay on top of the latest in LLMs, NLP, and MLOps—and bring practical innovation into our stack

You Should Apply If You:

• Have 3–6+ years of experience as an AI/ML or software engineer, ideally at a startup or in a high-ownership environment.
• Have shipped systems that scale—from a handful of users to widespread adoption.
• Have a strong background in Python, and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Are comfortable with with modern data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or fine-tuning is a strong plus
